Student activity: Art gallery
Our wonderful English teachers Lorena and Sarah took six students to 19 Karen Contemporary Artspace in Mermaid Beach this week as part of a class outing.
Deborah, Eduard, Chihiro, Meryl, Jade and Hyekyoung were able to practice their English skills in a new environment.
The students enjoyed discussing the artwork and then had lunch at BamBamโs afterwards. I think one really interesting part of it was that the artists come from all over the world, like our students” – Sarah
