Please read the instructions below and follow the steps to start the enrolment process.
Step 1: Choose your course and fill out the form
Case 1: If you already know which course you want to take, please fill out our digital Enrolment Form, including a copy of your passport.
Case 2: If you are unsure which course to choose or are not using an Education Agent, please contact us via email. After receiving your message, The Language Academy will contact you to assist in selecting the right course, level, and duration, and to answer any questions. Once your course is confirmed, proceed with the digital Enrolment Form.
Step 2: Receive status of Enrolment
After completing the Enrolment Form, you will receive a confirmation email.
The Language Academy will assess your enrolment and confirm your enrolment status via email. In some cases you will be required further information to assess your application.
Once accepted, The Language Academy will send you the Invoice with payment details, The Letter of Offer with the Written Agreement.
Step 3: Review and Finalise Enrolment
Carefully review the Invoice, Letter of Offer, Written Agreement, and Acceptance Offer. If any corrections are needed, inform The Language Academy.
Once you are satisfied, sign the Acceptance Letter and send a scanned copy along with proof of payment.
