Apply for Enrolment
Apply to study our Intensive General English Course (CRICOS Course Code 099975D) or a non-CRICOS Programme at The Language Academy
Please read the instructions below and follow the steps to start the enrolment process.
Step 1: Find the course you want
If you are not using an Education Agent for your enrolment, or, you are unsure of which course to take, please fill out and submit the Online Pre-Enrolment Form below. The Language Academy will contact you after receiving your form to help you choose the right course, level and duration, and answer any questions you may have. When this process is complete, please go to Step 2.
Step 2: Fill and send Enrolment Form
If you are sure of the course you want to take, please, fill out, our digital Enrolment Form (you will need to upload a copy of your passport).
Step 3: Receive status of Enrolment
After completing the Enrolment Form, you will receive a confirmation email.
The Language Academy will assess your enrolment and confirm your enrolment status via email. In some cases you will be required further information to assess your application
If you are accepted, The Language Academy will send you the Invoice with payment details, The Letter of Offer with the Written Agreement and the Acceptance Offer.
Step 4: Finalise Enrolment documents
You will need to check the Invoice, The Letter of Offer with the Written Agreement and the Acceptance Offer carefully and advise The Language Academy if something needs to be corrected. If you are happy with all the documents, complete Step 5.
Step 5: Sign Acceptance Letter
Sign the Acceptance Letter and return a scanned copy to The Language Academy with the remittance of payment.
Step 6: Receive your official CoE
The Language Academy will send you the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) once the following documents have been received:
- PDF Form of Enrolment Form – Completed and signed
- Acceptance Letter – Signed
- Copy of Passport
- Remittance of payment or proof of payment
Please note that students who are applying for Student Visas must have the CoE for the Student Visa application at least 6 weeks prior to the course start date. Students who are applying for Tourist Visas or Working Holiday Visas do not need a CoE.
