Farewell to our new friends from New Caledonia

We had a wonderful week with 10 students from New Caledonia who have just finished high school. They came to Australia to experience life in English-speaking country, and to understand the importance of learning English for communication.

We had a guest speaker at the end of the week (who even brought cake!) so that our students could put into practice what they had learned over the past seven days. They were able to ask questions and share stories about their time here in Australia.

We are so glad to hear that all students enjoyed their time at The Language Academy, and that they were very happy with the homestay families.

Can you see the guitar? We were lucky enough to be played a song on their last day – just wonderful!
